Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Trust Engine handles personal information when you visit trustengineai.com, create an account, request a proposal, or use the service. Trust Engine is the service name; the service operator is identified in an accepted proposal or order confirmation. Privacy requests can be sent to hello@trustengineai.com.

Notice at collection

At or before collection, we provide this notice of the categories of personal information we collect, the purposes for collecting and using it, and our retention approach. We collect only information reasonably necessary for the purposes described below.

• —Identifiers and account data: name, email address, authentication provider identifier, login records, IP address, and essential session identifiers. Used to create and secure accounts, authenticate users, prevent abuse, and communicate about the service.
• —Customer content: business briefs, uploaded files, report inputs, generated reports, branding assets, feedback, and instructions. Used to provide requested analysis and deliverables.
• —Commercial information: selected package, accepted proposal, invoice, payment status, credit balance, and order history. Used to administer orders, provide credits, keep required records, and resolve disputes.
• —Internet and device activity: browser and device details, access logs, error and security events, and interactions with essential service features. Used for security, diagnostics, reliability, and fraud prevention.
• —Communications: proposal requests, support messages, and other correspondence. Used to respond, provide support, and keep an appropriate record of the conversation.

We retain each category only for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, account security, dispute resolution, required business records, and applicable legal obligations. The period depends on the record and the relationship with the user.

Sources of personal information

We receive information directly from you, automatically from your browser or device when you use the service, and from authentication, hosting, security, email, file-processing, analytics, and AI providers involved in a request. We may also receive order information from a business that authorizes your use.

How we use personal information

• —Provide, secure, maintain, and improve Trust Engine.
• —Authenticate users and protect accounts from abuse.
• —Generate requested analyses, reports, and related deliverables.
• —Respond to proposal requests, support questions, and service communications.
• —Maintain business, security, tax, and legal records where required.

We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or process it for targeted advertising. We do not use customer briefs or reports to train public AI models.

Google and other sign-in providers

If you choose Google sign-in, we request only the basic OpenID Connect profile needed for authentication, such as your Google account identifier, name, and email address. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, or other Google content. Provider tokens are used only to complete and secure sign-in and are not used for advertising.

Telegram and email sign-in are optional alternatives. The selected provider may separately process information under its own privacy policy.

Disclosures to service providers

We may disclose information to hosting, storage, security, authentication, email delivery, file processing, customer support, professional advisory, and AI service providers that help operate Trust Engine. They receive only the information reasonably needed for their role and are expected to protect it under contractual or legal obligations.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, in connection with a business transaction, or with your direction or consent. We do not disclose customer content for third-party advertising.

Because providers may operate in different countries, information can be processed outside your state or country. Where applicable, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

Cookies, Global Privacy Control, and Do Not Track

We use essential cookies and local storage for sign-in, security, session continuity, and site preferences. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, but account and security features may stop working correctly.

Because we do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, browser “Do Not Track” signals do not change our current practices. Where a legally recognized opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control applies, we treat it as a request to opt out of any covered sale, sharing, or targeted advertising.

Retention

Retention is based on the purpose of collection, the duration of the account or order, security and support needs, limitation periods, and legal recordkeeping duties. When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we delete or de-identify it, unless continued retention is required or permitted by law.

Security

We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

United States privacy rights

Depending on your state and whether an applicable law covers our processing, you may have rights to know or access personal information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of covered sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling. We do not currently sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. California residents may also request the categories of information collected, sources, purposes, and categories of recipients.

Send requests to hello@trustengineai.com. Describe the request and the account or email involved. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing it. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, subject to verification. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

If we deny a request, you may reply to the decision and ask us to appeal it. You may also contact the attorney general or privacy regulator in your state where applicable.

Children

Trust Engine is a business service intended for users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as the service or applicable requirements change. We will post the revised Policy and update the effective date. If a change materially affects how we use information already collected, we will provide additional notice where required.
